The primary purpose of the Learning Experience & Design Consultant role is to look at the overallimpactful learning and engagement.
These learning experiences will then guide the creation and development of innovative learning and

Working closely with the Learning Experience & Insights Leader (LEIL), Learning Experience
Manager, Learning Insights and Technology Manager, and Learning Insights Coordinator, this role is
responsible for:
• Analysing learning data and insights to create learner journeys and learning maps, acrossbusiness
• Creating learner personas, learning metrics and experience guidelines
• Researching best practice learning experiences and building these into our learning
journeys and maps
• Working closely with the learning insights and technology teams to ensure our
recommended learning experiences are translated into viable learning metrics and learning
solutions► Using learning insights to help drive concept generation and storyboarding across a range of
projects, ensuring all learning experience solutions are designed to achieve clear learning
outcomes.

► Designing consistent learning experiences for a diverse workforce

► Skills in creating learning experiences using contemporary digital ie: Canva and learning
platforms, Apps ie: Ed App and authoring tools
► Minimum 3 years’ experience in L&D or Instructional Design, along with designing and
delivering training.
