Responsibilities

  • Timely and accurate confirmation of daily deposits made to retail bank by Corporate clients
  • Daily monitoring and tracking of deposit transactions utilizing internal and external systems
  • Resolve and remediate discrepancies, customer inquiries, and ad-hoc requests
  • Timely and accurate exception handing and customer communication
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives designed to improve workflow
  • Apply and update standard operating procedures
  • Achieving contract service level agreements and expectations with regard to timeliness, accuracy and the overall quality of the results
  • Support for sales team with strategic projects associated with management reports and presentations and business reviews
  • Understanding the client's account structure, cash flow, and product usage
  • Reviewing and analyzing data to identify key trends or risk issues and provide overall summary and actionable recommendations regarding volume fluctuations, data variances, etc
  • Supporting product implementations/conversions working with internal and external clients
  • Conducting pricing analysis and supporting the development of pricing strategy/recommendations
  • Ensuring the maintenance of existing business through high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be self-motivated and able to research, analyze, organize and prioritize work with guidance
  • Experience with external customer, initiating communication to internal/external stakeholders preferred
  • Strong desire and aptitude to learn and question current processes
  • Demonstrates the ability to understand Treasury Services products, pricing philosophy, and billing process and procedures
  • Time management, organizational and planning skills with proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) and strong analytical and quantitative skill
  • Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
