Timely and accurate confirmation of daily deposits made to retail bank by Corporate clients
Daily monitoring and tracking of deposit transactions utilizing internal and external systems
Resolve and remediate discrepancies, customer inquiries, and ad-hoc requests
Timely and accurate exception handing and customer communication
Participate in process improvement initiatives designed to improve workflow
Apply and update standard operating procedures
Achieving contract service level agreements and expectations with regard to timeliness, accuracy and the overall quality of the results
Support for sales team with strategic projects associated with management reports and presentations and business reviews
Understanding the client's account structure, cash flow, and product usage
Reviewing and analyzing data to identify key trends or risk issues and provide overall summary and actionable recommendations regarding volume fluctuations, data variances, etc
Supporting product implementations/conversions working with internal and external clients
Conducting pricing analysis and supporting the development of pricing strategy/recommendations
Ensuring the maintenance of existing business through high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
Strong attention to detail
Must be self-motivated and able to research, analyze, organize and prioritize work with guidance
Experience with external customer, initiating communication to internal/external stakeholders preferred
Strong desire and aptitude to learn and question current processes
Demonstrates the ability to understand Treasury Services products, pricing philosophy, and billing process and procedures
Time management, organizational and planning skills with proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) and strong analytical and quantitative skill
Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
