As part of our EY Cyber security, Technology Consulting team, your role will be to actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships. You will be responsible for delivery and maintaining quality of services and deliverables on your engagements. You’ll also identify potential business opportunities for EY and GDS within existing engagements and escalate these as appropriate. Similarly, you’ll anticipate and identify risks within engagements and share any issues with senior members of the team.
Your key responsibilities
- Supporting practice growth by defining its strategy, technical direction, and market positioning
- Supporting business development efforts, including participation in RFPs, client proposals, and sales strategies
- Engaging with clients to understand their challenges, proactively addressing their needs, and ensuring long-term partnerships
- Providing strategic guidance and direct involvement in client engagements, ensuring the successful delivery of projects
- Leading, mentoring, and developing the team, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth
- Developing a talent strategy, including hiring, team structuring, and skill development to meet evolving client needs
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to align initiatives with business objectives
- Staying up to date with emerging trends, tools, and regulations to drive continuous improvement

As a Cybersecurity Senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in aligning cybersecurity strategies with business objectives. You will be responsible for leading client engagements, developing and executing go-to-market strategies, and managing key accounts. Your expertise will guide the team in delivering tailored cybersecurity solutions that address client needs and industry challenges.
You will also be responsible for the growth and development of the cybersecurity team, providing mentorship and support to team members while ensuring high performance on active projects.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- 10+ years of experience in the Cybersecurity domain, with a focus on business engagement.
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
- Seniority in unit leadership and people/team management
- Understanding of cybersecurity matters

- Strong time management skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; other languages like German or French can be beneficial
