Description
The analyst will need to work closely with a team to provide Engagement Management Support for clients/stakeholders based in US, understand the functioning of the engagement tools involved in the global service delivery and ensure that they have a strong understanding of the following key points:
- A detail-oriented profile capable of supporting client facing teams in Americas, providing timely and accurate information of the engagement to the client headquarters.
- The adaptability to work with EMS teams across the globe.
- An analytical profile able to provide explanations and solutions for mitigating issues & risks in a project’s coordination and monitoring.
- Project’s financials monitoring. Forecast adjustments, budget variances analysis, engagement billing support and Pricing Plans.
- Understand the functioning of the engagement tools involved and identify areas for process improvement and/or potential automation.
Technical skills requirements
