Responsibilities:

• Processing local currency transaction instructions. managing returns and related investigations
• Perform daily reconciliations on assigned products
• Cooperation with other Citi teams from all over the world
• Data correction in banking systems
• Individual involvement in payments projects
• Comprehensive process and product knowledge
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of processing payments & tasks to be delivered
• Issues and escalations identification, reporting and handling till the resolutions

Ideal background:

• GoodEnglishknowledge
• Bachelor’s/Universitydegree in Economics
• Min 2 years banking experience
• Knowledge of local legislation and payments systems
• Confident user of MS Excel and MS Outlook
• Ability to work in a team and dealing with international partners
• Precision, keen attention to details, multitasking
• Quick learner and independent problem solver
• Ability to adhere to strict daily deadlines
• RTGS/ACH certificate
