What you'll be doing:
Collaborate with Dell sales leaders in North America to create sales initiatives, educating and empowering the Dell sales team on the benefits of NVIDIA’s accelerated computing platform for Dell customers.
Sales Enablement: Engage with NVIDIA marketing, OEM product management, and L&D to ensure that Dell sellers have in-depth knowledge of NVIDIA products and services, as well as the collaborative solutions crafted by Dell, NVIDIA, and ecosystem partners.
Relationship Building: Establish and cultivate enduring, advisor-focused partnerships with Dell executives by maintaining regular communication, providing assistance, and resolving issues.
Coordinate North American business strategies, set Dell success targets, and define marketing key performance indicators. Track early indicators of future success, drive business reviews, and recommend improvements to optimize Dell’s success.
Sales Process Management: Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of sales processes with and through Dell, including opportunity management, pre-sales support from NVIDIA Solution Architects and Dell technical sellers, and end-to-end sales process management for solution selling at Dell.
Resource Coordination: Act as the internal liaison for Dell, aligning NVIDIA resources for sales and marketing needs and resolving issues effectively.
What We Need to See:
12+ years of business development experience in partner account management, channel management, sales, or a related client-facing role.
Strong understanding of sales, partner ecosystems, and business development principles.
Proven ability to develop strategic plans, negotiate contracts, and drive sales targets.
Experience providing sales training and technical/product support to Dell sellers and solution architects.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, andrelationship-buildingskills, combined with a high level of emotional intelligence, and an execution-based attitude.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities, with the capacity to balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and work independently.
Understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner ecosystem standards.
Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings and events.
Resilience, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to managing relationships.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. A Master’s degree and/or MBA or equivalent experience is desirable.
Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:
Experience working with Dell Technologies in a partner-management or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of AI, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of AI solutions and the ISV ecosystem.
Experience in software sales and/or business development.
Proven history of effectively presenting complex technical information, such as AI, while explaining the value and return on investment of AI.
