In this role, you will:
- Supervise a team of Quality Assurance Administrators / Operation Specialists responsible for moderately complex transactional and operational tasks such as processing servicing related tasks, identifying problems, improving service levels and develop metric to measure growth and performance
- Ensure timely completion, quality and compliance within the operations area
- Work independently on moderately complex issues and projects
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development and escalates issues to senior management
- Provide training, performance, evaluation and coaching of less experienced team
- Make daily supervisory decisions and resolve moderately complex business issues related to team supervision, work allocation and daily operational tasks under direction of Operations management
- Leverage interpretation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including senior managers
- Lead team to achieve objectives
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Operations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews for assigned analysts
- Increase effectiveness of staff and tools by recognizing opportunities for development
- Develop metrics to measure performance of the team
- Conduct periodic business reviews with key functional stakeholders regarding overall business performance including metrics and SLAs.
- Analyze and interpret data and create Business MIS
- Effectively communicate with all stakeholders
- Take a lead role in developing and implementing best practices
- Actively participate in process enhancements, focus on continuous process improvements and encourage creative thinking in the team.
- Effectively manage process risks and establish robust controls in the process
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development within the Operations functional area.
- Develop and implement business unit strategies.
- Provide expertise for technical, operational and processing functions related to business unit.
- Determine appropriate strategy and actions of Operation management functional team to meet moderate to high-risk deliverables.
- Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners and peers associated with the function or affected by its outcomes.
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.
- Manage transitions and migrate additional processes from US.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience of more than 6 years in Mortgage Industry.
- 1+ years of leadership experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate ideas to diverse business and technical audiences.
- Ability to motivate staff to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
- Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members.
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills.
Required Qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa only:
- Experience in Operations, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Accounting & Finance or related discipline.
- Any professionalFinance/Accounting/Economicscertification would be a plus.
- Fluency in English and excellent communication and collaboration skills in diverse.
- 6+ years of Financial/banking services industry experience.
