• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen etc is a plus.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in programming (Python, Java, VB Script, etc.)
• Design and Develop Bots
• Support the Operational Teams during Testing and rollout implementation phases.
• Hands-on Experience in Automation Anywhere 360 Platform & Python scripting
• Problem solving ability for issues that arise in running of RPA processes, ChatBot and Automation scripts in Python/Java/VB
• Knowledge of Rest/Soap services
• Providing timely responses and solutions as required.
• Create and maintain Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Solution documentation.
• Support existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
• Independently handle technical issues.
• Provide on-going operational support including bug fixes and any system change activities during stabilization period
• Certification in one or multiple RPA and/or other emerging automation/ cognitive technologies preferably Automation Anywhere is a plus.
• Understand the concepts, best practices and functions to implement a RPA solution
• Team Player, enthusiastic to understand complex business processes and perform under pressure
• Knowledge of Python scripting or experience in DevOps is a plus
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

• A minimum of 4+ year of relevant Robotic Process Automation (RPA) developer and/or industry experience with one of the market leading RPA platforms: Automation Anywhere, BluePrism and/or UIPath
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field is a plus
