In this role, you will…
- Conduct outbound/field calls to potential customers to generate leads and close the target.
- Qualify prospects and manage the customer pipeline.
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and convert them into customer on-boarding.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in science/Pharma, Biomedical Engineering/ Dental will be preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve assigned targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
