In this role, you will…

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
  • Conduct high-level sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Track and report on sales performance of all the sale representatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to Customer Acquisition Representatives/Executives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, Pharma, Biomedical Engineering, Dental. PG in Marketing, or a related field will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of inside sales experience, preferably in a B2C or B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
