In this role, you will…
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
- Conduct high-level sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Track and report on sales performance of all the sale representatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Mentor and provide guidance to Customer Acquisition Representatives/Executives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in science, Pharma, Biomedical Engineering, Dental. PG in Marketing, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of inside sales experience, preferably in a B2C or B2B environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
