Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of talented consultants to successfully deliver Dayforce HCM solutions to our clients.
- Oversee project implementation, manage client relationships, and drive business growth by ensuring that our Dayforce engagements meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess client needs, design solutions, and deliver high-impact Dayforce configurations.
- Provide expertise and support to the Dayforce functional team.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dayforce capabilities, features and updates.
- Provide thought leadership in the HCM space and on Dayforce leading practices.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex change concepts specifically within HR technology and implementation.
- Deliver quality services. Value and model excellent client service by establishing goals and implementation plans to achieve a high-quality deliverable and within expected timeframes.
- Monitor progress, manage risk, and confirm key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with client management. Focus on deliverables and client business priorities. Manage expectations of service. Understand the client's industry and recognize key performance drivers and business trends.
- Demonstrate high levels of technical and professional knowledge and quickly assimilate new knowledge. Keep up to date with current developments and trends in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge.
- Generate new business opportunities. Understand EY and its service lines and actively assess/present ways to serve clients. Develop long-term client relationships and networks.
- Develop relationships with other EY team members across all practices to serve client needs.
To qualify candidate must have:
- A related bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management, HR or a related field or any STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics)
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HCM implementation with a proven track record of leading successful Dayforce implementations.
- Project management experience will be an advantage
- Dayforce certification will be an advantage
Ideally, you will also have

- Experience in leading a team of 10 people or multiple smaller teams of people.
- Leading and inspiring teams (directly or indirectly) on key technologies and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to think outside of the box, thrive on new challenges.
