Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in quota-carrying software sales and account management at an enterprise business-to-business software company promoting enterprise accounts.
- Experience engaging with accounts in promoting a portfolio of products at C-level.
- Ability to communicate in Japanese fluently as this role requires interactions in Japanese with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with and managing partners in implementation of projects.
- Experience with large, commercial and legal negotiations working with procurement, legal, and business teams.
- Knowledge of prospects and customers.
- Ability to drive decision-making at the executive level.
- Ability to collaborate with sales engineers and customer technical leads to assess existing software estates, define migration plans, and build business cases.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently at business level as this role requires interactions in English with stakeholders.
