Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in the technology industry with Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) or Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) products and platforms.
4 years of experience in a sales, partner or channel manager role.
Experience in developing Cloud or IT solutions.
Ability to communicate in Japanese fluently to interact with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in promoting cloud solutions, infrastructure software, databases, investigative tools, or applications software across multiple industries.
Experience in acquiring new logos and securing the workloads to accelerate the consumption business.
Experience in working with customer engineers and customer's technical leads to inventory existing software estate, define migration plans, and build business cases for migrations.
Ability to manage priorities and several projects in a changing environment.
Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
