Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in quota-carrying software sales and account management at an enterprise business-to-business software company promoting enterprise accounts.
Experience engaging with accounts in promoting a portfolio of products at C-level.
Ability to communicate in Japanese fluently as this role requires interactions in Japanese with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working with and managing partners in implementation of projects.
Experience with large, commercial and legal negotiations working with procurement, legal, and business teams.
Knowledge of prospects and customers.
Ability to drive decision-making at the executive level.
Ability to collaborate with sales engineers and customer technical leads to assess existing software estates, define migration plans, and build business cases.
Ability to communicate in English fluently at business level as this role requires interactions in English with stakeholders.
