Youwill report directly to our Building Automation LATAM General Manager andyou’ll work out of our Mexico City location on a hybrid work schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Solid experience in similar leadership rolesin Building Automation industry, with a focus on selling large private and public integrationprojects.
• Proven track record of achieving salestargets and driving revenue growth in the field of Building Automation projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiationabilities, in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to build and maintain strongrelationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in BusinessAdministration, Engineering, or a related field
• Master’s degree in Business Administrationor a related field
• Passion for sales and achieving results inthe field of Building Automation projects
• Strategic thinking and problem-solvingabilities
• Ability to work independently and as part ofa team.
• Strong business acumen and understanding ofmarket dynamics in the integration projects segment.
• Continuous learning and adaptability.
