Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience leading a team and partnering with sales organization on deal closure through dedicated product evangelism and demonstration.
  • 2+ years of experience in engaging directly with customers, and translating insights gathered into product and technical roadmap recommendations, including prioritization.
  • Experience working across organizations within the corporation to drive consensus and efficiencies to maximize impact at external facing events and product presentations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year(s) people management experience.

Responsibilities
  • You will advise your team on providing solutions that align with customer business goals while addressing any barriers that stand in the way.
  • You will supervise your team as they evaluate how Microsoft products impact customer strategy and pursue opportunities to integrate products that align with that strategy.
  • You will review and clarify training content to enable teams to expedite customer acceleration across multiple business areas.
  • You will provide supervision as your team partners with Sales and Engineering teams to close deals. You will also help team determine if customers have met conditions for success.
