Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and compliant workplace that champions our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion policies.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute Country Medical Affairs Plans (CMAPs) that align with broader strategies, ensuring teams stay focused with regular updates.
- Oversight: Guide the oncology medical team in timely healthcare professional engagements, budget management, adherence to scientific protocols, and audits.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with clinical development, market access, policy, and regulatory divisions to enhance therapeutic outcomes alongside the commercial organization.
- External Relations: Serve as a scientific expert to influencers, insurers, policymakers, and the healthcare community to advocate for our innovative products.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Advanced scientific degree (MD, PharmD, or PhD) preferred; experience in oncology is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years in biopharmaceuticals, particularly in clinical development or medical affairs with a record of success.
- Proven experience in budget management and team leadership.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a commitment to creating an inclusive and engaging environment.
- Strong ethics and integrity; adept at managing high-performance teams within a matrix structure.
