Job Description

Key activities and responsibilities

• Shape the environment for the optimal use of our medicines to benefit patients and the healthcare system.

• Develop strategies and plans to maximize business performance and ensure successful execution through resource allocation and organizational adaptation.

• Translate global and regional product strategy into local priorities

• Provide commercial leadership for launch readiness, key customer management, and thought leader engagement.

• Lead forecasting, expense management, performance monitoring, and P&L management to meet financial commitments.

• Establish clear strategic objectives and utilize data, analytics, and agile approaches to drive maximized business outcomes and customer engagement.

• Cultivate a culture of curiosity, continuous learning, and effective teamwork focused on value and execution excellence.

• Create an inspiring, inclusive working environment that fosters diverse talent and psychological safety.

• Attract/coach/develop and retain diverse talent.

Education, Background & Experience

• Experience with strong strategic and financial acumen including P&L management. Prior oncology and healthcare experience is an advantage.

• Experience in managing and developing diverse talent and fostering an inclusive culture.

• Exceptional customer focus and relationship-building skills; ability to develop good relationships with scientific leaders and key stakeholders.

• Track record of developing strategies, people, and delivering business growth.

• Authentic, humble, and open-minded leadership style with a talent for coaching and mentoring.

• Experience in collaborating across markets and regions.

• Fluency in English required.
