Responsibilities:

  • Train our new hire sellers on how to do their job so they are ready to leverage our sales methodology to engage with customers, to deliver value, and to exceed their performance goals
  • Deliver training on product, sales tools, sales skills, and sales methodology topics with confidence.
  • Lead engaging training exercises, both in person and virtually, with exceptional clarity, enthusiasm, and effectiveness to engage and inspire sales professionals.
  • Reinforce onboarding requirements so new hires are clear on key onboarding milestones ranging from pre-work, class times, homework and certification requirements
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, enablement teams, and business stakeholders to tailor training programs that address specific needs.
  • Promote teamwork and collaboration by encouraging peer-to-peer learning and knowledge sharing.
  • Own end-to-end execution of ongoing cohorts of learners, including sourcing and briefing guest speakers, liaising with operational partners for onsite logistics, and updating real-time trainer checklists for team visibility


Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • 4+ years of proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Trainer, Sales Enablement Specialist, or similar role in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Office-Based: Employee lives within 40 miles of an office and is expected to be in the office 4 to 5 days a week based on job role/function to deliver in person training.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; adept at resolving complex business issues and moving solutions to the next level.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Posting Statement

to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance and the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring, Salesforce will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $111,200 to $152,900.
