Elastic is looking for a flexible and adaptable person with the ability to manage a variety of different tasks and responsibilities. This is an ideal position for a self-motivated individual who has marketing automation experience, is process oriented, has the aptitude and desire to gain experience with MarTech tools and processes, and has the ability to work in a fast-paced, distributed environment.

• Data Quality and Compliance : Clean, normalize, and validate data, ensure list capture methods comply with legal regulations, and maintain high standards of data quality within CRM and marketing automation systems.
• Stakeholder Communication and Management : Act as the primary point of contact for global marketing stakeholders for list uploads, providing timely and effective communication, updates, and ensuring lists are uploaded quickly and accurately.
• List Characteristics and Automation Integration: Manage lists with varying characteristics, follow different steps for uploading based on these characteristics, ensure accurate upload into Marketo and other automation systems, and monitor progress to confirm all data is accurately imported.
• Process Improvement and Quality Assurance : Continuously review and enhance the list import process, perform quality assurance checks, and develop documentation and training materials.
• Project Management and Accountability: Manage list import projects from initiation to completion, track progress against milestones, ensure deliverables are met, and be accountable for the list import activities of the entire marketing organization worldwide.

• Experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or marketing with a passion for developing technical skills (1+ yr)
• Excellent time management skills for efficiently handling repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail in ensuring data quality and compliance
• Experience with Marketo (or another marketing automation tool such as Eloqua, Hubspot) is a plus
• Proficient in the Google suite of products
• Comfortable learning new tools and eager to develop new skills
• Effective written communication skills, adaptable to various styles and audiences
• Enthusiastic team player with the capability to develop and maintain strong rapport with key stakeholders
• Familiarity with basic marketing concepts such as campaigns and leads
• Experience working with remote and global teams within a matrix organization
