Elastic is looking for a flexible and adaptable person with the ability to manage a variety of different tasks and responsibilities. This is an ideal position for a self-motivated individual who has marketing automation experience, is process oriented, has the aptitude and desire to gain experience with MarTech tools and processes, and has the ability to work in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Handle daily marketing automation activities and track progress of operational requests coming from the marketing team
- Implement and develop Marketo campaigns that support each business line’s demand generation strategy and ensure accurate lead flow
- Handle and ensure data quality in systems
- Responsible to track, measure, and report on the (global) campaign, email and event performance
- Ability to handle multiple partners at once
- Project handle new initiatives or updates to current processes to include tracking project progress against milestones, results, risks, and dependencies
- Communicate project status and keep direct and indirect partners adequately informed and engaged
- Assist in the distribution of internal communication vehicles, including updating and maintaining Monday boards, Wiki, MADS Hub, and Marketing Playbook
What You Bring
- Proven marketing automation experience (2+ yrs)
- Excellent time management
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with Marketo or similar automation tool, Salesforce.com
- Optional: Splash, Monday.com, ON24, Zoom, Cvent, Qualtrics
- Proficient in Google suite of products
- Willing to learning new tools and develop new skills
- Experience with Project management fundamentals
- Experience with Marketing or Sales Operations
- Writes optimally using various styles to address different needs and audiences
- Enthusiastic teammate with the ability to develop and maintain strong rapport with key partners
- Familiar with basic marketing concepts (campaigns, leads)
- Experience working with remote and global teams and in a matrix organization
