Responsibilities

• Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns that create awareness and activation for our HPV vaccine in public, while also working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure that all marketing initiatives align with the company's goals and values
• Be responsible in developing and implementing omnichannel marketing campaigns (social media, OoH, online, influencer engagements) including creative and media plan concept in collaboration with the agencies and omnichannel/ campaign managers to engage with target audiences
• Manage budgets for marketing campaigns and measure their effectiveness (KPI tracking) using data analytics
• Monitor industry trends and foster healthcare consumer engagements through partnerships to adjust marketing strategies as needed
• Ensuring all activities are driven by highest ethical and compliance standards

Qualifications

• University Degree or above, preferably in business or marketing
• Deep expertise in marketing, especially in the Fast-Moving-Consumer-Good-Industry or pharma industry but with a focus on consumer marketing and a proven track record of successful marketing activities/ campaigns
• Knowledge of the overall Austrian healthcare system, in particular the vaccines business, and the role of the individual customer groups within the healthcare environment is a plus
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing as well as offline marketing
• Experience with key marketing metrics and tools and the ability to analyze and interpret marketing metrics to inform strategy
• Ability to understand & learn science and translate it into messages
• Strong MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Veeva Promomats expertise is a plus
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through agile working principles
• Outstanding communication skills – orally and written in German and English
