you will manage our IT projects from requirement gathering until delivery in Europe. You will take on a wide range of responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of technology projects (agile or waterfall) including time, scope and budget ownership
• Identify and mitigate active projects risks
• Lead project teams consisting of multi-functional, global and virtual groups and directly supervises staff, ensuring the appropriate expectations, principles, structures, tools and responsibilities are in place to deliver the plan
• Support the Product Owner to manage the backlog/requirement gathering and guide the team in balancing the priorities and scope

What you can contribute – skills for shaping the future

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Science, or other technical qualification with min. 3 years in a corporate IT environment
• Excellent knowledge of Project Management Processes, Agile Methodologies (e.g. PRINCE 2 / Project Management Professional (PMP) / Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or SAFe-certified
• Ideally, you’ll also have a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
