What you’ll do:

• As a technical project manager, you will take over the planning, control, and monitoring of projects within the cloud operations area.

• Management of the project team consisting of network engineers, security consultants, DevOps specialists and other partly external technical experts or Suppliers

• Ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality requirements in IT projects

• Identify and manage cloud operations project risks and implement mitigation measures

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor and report project progress to internal and external stakeholders

• Maintaining and continuously improving IT service management processes and methods

• Collaborate closely with customers and suppliers to address their specific needs and expectations

• Assist with technical problem resolution and decision making in IT projects

What you bring:

• Completed degree in computer science, engineering or comparable qualification

• Several years of experience in project management, especially in the area of cloud operations

• Certifications in the field of cloud technologies (e.g. Azure) are beneficial

• Strong knowledge of common project management tools and methods (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Kanban)

• Capabilities in using cloud platforms, automation tools, and monitoring systems

• Excellent organizational and analytical skills

• Strength of communication and the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an understandable way

• High problem-solving skills and assertiveness

• Very good proficiency in spoken and written German and English

Experience:

• Fluent in German and English
