In this fast-growing environment this role must fulfill the following tasks:

• provide leadership to cross-functional teams responsible for delivering defined project outputs to time, budget and project quality criteria
• manage SAP primed projects utilizing the SAP Field Services Project Management Methodology which includes the proper use of methodology, tools, procedures and governance to best meet project objectives. This for example, in S/4HANA and Cloud transformations or implementation of technical SAP solutions at our customer
• coordination of work between various parties like third party sub-contractors, SAP Custom Development and SAP Global Delivery
• Provide onsite presence for SAP as required to ensure effective project delivery

YOUR PROFILE

• Above-average bachelor or master’s degree in computer science, natural science or a related technical discipline
• Several years of relevant job experience, e.g. professional experience as SAP (sub) project manager (f/m/d) or SAP technical expert (f/m/d)
• Proven experience in (part) project management in the SAP environment
• Intercultural business and team skills, preferred with experience in leading virtual teams
• Profound knowledge in at least one of the following technical domain:
  SAP infrastructure, integration or development
• Solid knowledge about Cloud technology & migration concept from a technical perspective
• Ability to plan, run, and support workshops / meetings with internal and external clients
• Initial experience working with global delivery teams
• Fluent verbal and written communication, including presentation skills, in German and English
• Willingness to travel (national & international)

Any of the following is a plus:

• Experiences in upgrade / migration, provider transition or global roll-out projects
• Experience with “Rise with SAP” is considered as an asset
• A project management certification like PMP or others is desirable
• Expert knowledge of SAP Activate implementation methodology and quality standards is advantageous
• Technology Certification(s) is(are) beneficial
