Clinical Consultant Benelux - Advanced Visualisation

Interact with health professionals in the hospital environment in Benelux to improve together the care of patients in the field of medical imaging.

Your role:

• Train doctors and radio technicians on the use of EI products: IntelliSpace Portal (ISP) application server, Artificial intelligence.

• Maximize customer satisfaction (demonstrations, training, experience sharing, needs monitoring)

• Be the reference in application support for the technical and project management teams.

• Support the sales team during the sales process (clinical pitch, demonstrations, participation in congresses, etc.)

• Share user feedback, points of improvement and correction of the system with the Quality and Development teams.

• Coordinate and lead AV/AI solution upgrade plan within hospitals according to guidelines, in order to achieve objectives and meet customer expectations.

• Manage Benelux installed base in order follow software lifecycle.

• Ensure compliance with deadlines and budgetary requirements specified in the project.

• Participate in the pre-sales technical study of the project to define the Deployment Plan and estimate the costs related to the deployment.

You're the right fit if:

• Higher scientific education (radio manipulator or biomedical engineer)

• First experience on Advanced Visualization viewing software.

• Clinical knowledge, patients, interest in technique and information systems.

• Dynamism, team spirit, excellent interpersonal skills and pedagogy to provide the best service to our customers.

• Strong client, solution and result orientation.

• Fluent English, German is a Plus
