Development and execution of market- and business plans Development and execution of sales strategies and tactical plans
Observe and report market development and ensure corrective actions if necessary.
Provide market analysis and development/execution strategies and action plans to drive sales in conjunction with the strategy plan.
Provide accurate sales forecasting for the region
Achieve annual, quarterly and monthly sales and revenue targets.
Develop long-term customer relationships coupled with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs.
Achieve own sales quota
Sales of B-K Ultrasound and Sonix products according to the guidelines/policies of the company.
Develop strategic plans for the region
Ensure BK Ultrasound receives the needed customer information and documented according to the internal guidelines
Structure market feed-back and provides the information to the Sales Manager Benelux
Develop relations with customers and key opinion leaders and VIP customers
Internal: Sales Manager Benelux and the whole Analogic Benelux group.
External: Customers, Authorities and Key opinion leaders
Medical Sales Experience
Product and application knowledge in “high demo” level
Knowledge of SOX and ISO standards
Microsoft Office, CRM system experience
Self-starter, dynamic and outgoing
Able to keep focus also under pressure
Excellent communications and co-ordinations skills
Proactive and solutions oriented
Flexible in attitude and having a positive view on life
Willing to travel
Budget responsible for own sales budge
Fluent in written and spoken Dutch
