In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to develop solutions for Operations or collaborate with our Technology partners by designing processes and requirements for Technology implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and solve business problems through process design, technology solutions, and user automation.
- Analyze and design business processes to ensure automation efforts are focused on optimal processes.
- Collaborate with Technology and Project teams to leverage funded Technology projects, implementing more effective and scalable solutions where opportunities exist.
- Manage and prioritize initiatives requested by stakeholders.
- Integrate the strategic vision across all Operations Departments, including Credit, Onboarding, Tax, and Investment Operations.
- Work with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop tools that enable Operations to automate steps in a process or entire processes.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- Proven experience in business analysis and driving operational change.
- Broad knowledge and proficiency with intelligent automation tools, including Alteryx, Python, UI Path,Unqork and Tableau
- Strong communication skills, inquisitive nature, and quick thinking.
- Proficiency in MS tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.
- Ability to understand business processes and ensure that process improvement initiatives are aligned with strategic goals.
- Ability to identify weaknesses in processes or tools to help prioritize Operations Transformation initiatives.
- Experience working with diverse teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Project management experience is an added advantage.
- Experience with Intelligent Automation tools is beneficial.
