Coordinating calendar requests and e-mails for the Global Head of Total Rewards
Monitoring actions and managing reminders
Handling internal and external correspondence and ad hoc requests
Arranging internal / external meetings for leader, team meetings and larger events, including booking meeting rooms/venues
Organizing travel arrangements, including organizational preparation and follow-up including booking of travel expenses
Managing workflows and monitoring items like vacation requests, purchase orders (including master data creation and administration, creation of shopping carts, internal orders, distribution lists
Preparation and follow-up for meetings
Developing collaborative work relationships within own team and cross-functionally, close working relationship with chief of staff
Supporting internal projects, including decision making within clearly defined framework of departmental guidelines and practices, ad-hoc support as needed by leaders and her teams
Community building & best practice sharing between P&C organization
Managing controlling and reporting activities on behalf of leaders, e.g. creation, staffing and reporting on internal orders, reporting on cost centers and profit centers, creation and maintenance of C-Users
YOUR PROFILE
Language: Fluent in English
Minimum 5 years of experience working as management support specialist in a global organization.
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
Experience with SAP internal Tools like Corporate Portal, ISP, CSN
Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
Accountable for delivering outcomes of assigned tasks.
Communicative with manager, providing regular, timely, updates as needed.
Collaborative in nature and able to build relationships with similar functions across SAP.
