Lead and drive efficiencies and practices on a global scale for an international organization ensuring a balance of visionary forward-thinking practices with practical, day-to-day efficient operations within the HR organization

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
15+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Operations, and Systems, with a track record of leadership in both private and public companies, ideally in the tech industry.
Proven success at the senior executive level, with experience designing and scaling Total Rewards programs for a global workforce.
Extensive experience working with Workday, with the ability to leverage technology to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Skills & Knowledge:
Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze large datasets and make strategic decisions based on real-time insights.
A focus on data integrity, ensuring that all compensation, benefits, and operational data is accurate and actionable.
Expertise in global compensation, benefits, and rewards strategies, with a deep understanding of market trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
Strong knowledge of Workday or similar HRIS tools, and the ability to optimize systems to support Total Rewards functions effectively.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization, including with executive leadership.
