8+ years of proven experience in relevant positions encompassing business intelligence, consumer product marketing, product management, commercial management, market research, and/or strategic planning and analysis.
High level of experience with complex analytical methodologies in a commercial/consumer environment.
Ability to define, extract, and manipulate data to build reports, data visualization dashboards, and translate insights into actionable results through storytelling.
Strong analytical skills and passion for using data and insights to drive business decisions
Proficient in Excel, Tableau, SQL and database management.
Bachelor's degree.

Deep understanding of Canadian market trends. Experience within the Canadian consumer and commercial routes to market is preferred.
