Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of proven experience in relevant positions encompassing business intelligence, consumer product marketing, product management, commercial management, market research, and/or strategic planning and analysis.
- High level of experience with complex analytical methodologies in a commercial/consumer environment.
- Ability to define, extract, and manipulate data to build reports, data visualization dashboards, and translate insights into actionable results through storytelling.
- Strong analytical skills and passion for using data and insights to drive business decisions
- Proficient in Excel, Tableau, SQL and database management.
- Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to collective goals by clear communication and strong collaboration.
- Deep understanding of Canadian market trends. Experience within the Canadian consumer and commercial routes to market is preferred.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail; Ability to prioritize, manage, and advance multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
- MBA preferred
