The Strategic Key Account Leader uses broadly recognized subject matter expertise to influence customers toward Honeywell HBS solutions and services. You will provide external and internal consultations and help Honeywell sellers develop and maintain the right messaging, value proposition, customer support, and executive relationship building. You will drive cross-functional alignment to customer needs. You will lead key pursuit and overall Account Planning strategy including key customer negotiations. This role will be focused on 7 key Pan European Accounts in the Pharma and Industrial mission critical Verticals
Key Responsibilities:
Drive demand and deliver assigned orders AOP
Experience negotiating high contract value and frameworks sales cycles between six to twelve months
Review/update NEX pipeline
Engage in 2-way communication with peers to share industry intel, requested NPIs, feedback, and problem solve issues within the LOB
Regular training on NPIs, existing products, regulations, and talking point
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree
8 years+ of Key Account Management and/r Sales Leadership Experience
Industry knowledge, including regulatory requirements and future mandates
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Ability to communicate effectively across language and cultural barriers
