Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years people management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Other Qualifications:
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
    • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will berequiredto pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis
    • OR product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years people management experience.
  • 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
  • Demonstrated understanding of systems thinking and scalable operational processes.
  • Technical expertise in architecture, coding, and product development.

  • Utilize systems thinking to design and implement scalable operational processes that enhance efficiency, adaptability, and overall performance across the organization.
  • Oversee the delivery of roadmaps, track project schedules, develop staging and implementation plans, and assist teams in leading Quality programs.
  • Manage relationships and expectations with various business stakeholders across C&Al and beyond.
  • Develop and contribute to processes, procedures, and tools that drive continuous improvements in execution.
