Site Reliability Engineering (
role supports flexible work from home with occasional inoffice meetings.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years people management experience.
- 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Other Qualifications:
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will berequiredto pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis
- OR product development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years people management experience.
- 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Demonstrated understanding of systems thinking and scalable operational processes.
- Technical expertise in architecture, coding, and product development.

Responsibilities
- Managers deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring
- Shares and defines insights, best practices, and standards that can be applied to improve system, platform, and/or product development and operations across the business.
- Expands end-to-end technical expertise in the architecture, code, features, operations and comprehensive use scenarios of products in order to drive continuous improvements
- Sets high standards for team deliverables and holds them accountable, with or without explicit authority.
- Utilize systems thinking to design and implement scalable operational processes that enhance efficiency, adaptability, and overall performance across the organization.
- Oversee the delivery of roadmaps, track project schedules, develop staging and implementation plans, and assist teams in leading Quality programs.
- Manage relationships and expectations with various business stakeholders across C&Al and beyond.
- Develop and contribute to processes, procedures, and tools that drive continuous improvements in execution.
