You will be an exceptional communicator, both written and verbally, and possess 5-7+ years of experience in tactical project management of highly technical initiatives, as well as strategic program management. Candidates possessing a background in architecture/design, software engineering, who have transitioned to a program management discipline will have a distinct advantage. The right person for this role is highly capable of leading through influence across business, operations, and technology. Key job responsibilities
You will be fully competent in a variety of project management tools, methodologies and techniques for all phases of the project lifecycle and exhibit demonstrated proficiency in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risk management, reporting and metric development/tracking. Other requirements include proficiency with SFDC, Quicksights, MS-Office Suite. Experience with Tableau, SQL and systems integration a plus.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of program or project management experience. Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
