As a Technical Project Manager Intern, you will be closely working with Product and Project managers, Technical and Functional architects, and technical support teams for delivering solutions in the Source to Pay space. Primary focus area will be the ongoing global Coupa system deployment and to build a world class support operation.

In this role, you will be:

  • Delivering on program timelines and ensuring we meet the Transition Service Agreement exit (TSA) timelines,

  • Supporting standardization of IT operations and simplifying incidents tracking and reporting,

  • Supporting planning & execution of Coupa deployment to Latin America, China, Russia and CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) countries, etc.,

  • Supporting execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies,

  • Partnering with technical and functional teams to ensure their tasks are completed as required,

  • Managing project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project,

  • Managing stakeholder communication and progress reporting,

  • Assuring project management practices are followed and improved as needed.

Education Qualification

  • Active student of IT-related studies (Bachelor or Master studies).

Desired Characteristics

  • Knowledge of current information technologies.

  • Knowledge of Supply Chain, Sourcing & Finance business processes.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, knowledge of Excel & MS Project. PowerBI experience is an advantage.

  • Fluency in English.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong interpersonal skills / self-motivated and result oriented team player.

  • Ability to quickly identify and prioritize issues, create solutions, and meet deadlines.
