Meet the Project KPIs targets:

1. Adherence to Scope and Cost Base line KPI and On-time Schedule baseline KPI.
2. First time right approach on delivery quality. Deliver projects with zero re-deployments/re-upgrades needed. D2C (Delivery to Care) needs to be followed for all projects.
3. Adopt automation within the Delivery/Upgrade projects .Deliver project with maximum Tools and automation adoption and provide relevant feedback to automation team.
4. Regular reporting to Market stake holders on project progress and Project Highlights and Low lights. Support in service execution visibility bottom up on product/project issues and dependencies.
5. To support our vision and mission to have best in class capabilities. Create and share project lesson learned at Project closure. (In case of project duration is less than a quarter). In case of long running project maintain and distribute lesson learned on quarterly basis.

Must have:

• At least 6 years of experience as Technical Project Manager
• Experience in one of cloud environments like Openshift/ Amazon AWS/ Microsoft Azure/Google Cloud.
• Understanding of CNF, cloud environment.
• Experience in Linux Administration, Kubernetes, Microservices, Networking, Docker
• Technical management of solution documents including requirements, architecture, design during project execution.
• Experienced in Technical Management and control implementation of Cloud Infra projects with a focus on NCP/OCP, Orchestration (NCOM) and Automation (NCD) platforms
• Experience in Technical leadership and Support PTA (Project Turn over to Delivery) process by reviewing and commenting from a technical perspective on project SOW (Statement of Work), BOM (Bill Of Material), Solution Architecture and expected timeline.

Nice to have:

• Understanding of CI/CD and Devops concepts
