Key Responsibilities
Develop Shopper Insights: Gain and apply a deep understanding of shopper behavior across different accounts.
Annual T&SM Activation: Plan and execute annual trade and shopper marketing activations for key accounts.
Product Listings: Develop and propose effective product listings per account, ensuring the right products are offered at the right price points.
Strategic Account Planning: Collaborate with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to define and implement long-term strategic account plans.
In-store Activation: Create impactful in-store materials designed to drive shopper engagement and sales.
POSM Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of customized Point of Sale Materials (POSM) to enhance Philips' in-store and online visibility.
Campaign Execution: Execute in-store/online activation campaigns, complementing consumer campaigns (ATL/BTL/Account Activation Synergy).
KPIs & Performance Evaluation: Define and track KPIs for key marketing activities, evaluating their success and adjusting strategies as needed.
Concept Sell Presentations: Prepare and present concept sell decks for key launches and projects, working closely with KAMs.
Budget Management: Manage the A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budget, ensuring proper planning, tracking, and evaluation of spending.
ROI Analysis: Assess the ROI of key promotions and propose improvements for future campaigns.
Education and Knowledge Requirements
University-level education
A minimum of 4 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, and/or Sales Account roles
Experience in FMCG channel is required
Working with Online and/or Drug channel is an advantage
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data effectively
Proficiency in English
Czech/Slovak native language is required
Exceptional presentation and communication skills
