As a Marketing Operations Specialist/Associate, you will own the deployment of multi-channel campaigns in SAP’s marketing landscape, having two major systems: Marketo and SAP Marketing Cloud (SMC). You will own the execution of the strategic Integrated Demand Plans (IDPs), as well as other programs and campaigns for smaller and larger projects, such as email invites to Tier-1 & Tier-2 events or promotional emails for various SAP solutions. Deliverables include emails, nurture streams, subscriptions, newsletters, and various other components of multi-channel campaigns, as well as ensuring the accuracy of the final product with a rigorous quality assurance process. Also, you will be responsible for assisting with Webinars on the On24 platform, setting up the webinars in the platform, helping stakeholders with the console orientation and providing live webinar support. Working closely with the Program Architects in our team, you will participate in team meetings preparing the campaigns and providing input and guidance on the marketing tactics. As part of a larger project team, you will implement industry best practices and continuous measurement and optimization of the outcomes.
