a hands-on, entrepreneurial Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) with deepin responsible AI risks and mitigation strategies, and a drive to build innovative solutions that enable responsible AI at scale.

In this role, you willtools, frameworks, and processesand conduct assessmentsYou will collaborateacross policy, research, engineering, and operationstranslate responsible AI principles into practicalthat integrateinto AI development workflows.

Success in this role requires a proven technical foundation, understanding of generative AI use cases,and fluency in responsible AI measurement and mitigation techniques. You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity,and influencing organizational practices

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND6+years experiencein engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 1+ years of experience with AI systems
  • Experience in Responsible AIand/or AI safety


Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis,OR product development
    • OR equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
  • Experience with Generative AI, especially in emerging risk areas
  • Experience using AI tools
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex programs or initiatives without direct authority
