Required/minimum qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+years experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+years experience
  • equivalent experience.
  • years of experience in marketing, business strategy, or product management, including direct experience orchestrating customer-facing campaigns for AI or enterprise technology solutions.

Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.

Orchestration & Campaign Management

  • Ensure a logical flow of information and updates on the most impactful and pertinent updates targeted at each customer and their needs.
  • Be the coordination point that manages what message goes through what channel, and to what customer, and what triggers drive that next action.

Adoption & Platform Performance

  • Develop a consistent reporting framework on AI adoption – across inproduct, email, web etc. - and measure platforms and content for their engagement andimpact.


Persona & Customer Journey

  • Connect our campaign calendar to our customers’ and their journey.
  • Align our programs to each personas’ journey and how to best engage and via what channels.
