  • Drive profitable sales growth to exceed the Operating Plan targets.
  • Implementation of the Automotive Division (Electrification) Strategy
  • Implementation of the EMEA Portfolio and Operational priorities
  • Lead Key Account Customer Engagement
  • Effective partnering and communication with multiple stakeholders

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:

  • At least 3-4 years of proven sales and marketing experience in the automotive area
  • Proven experience with global customer management and complex products
  • Fluency in English and Swedish
  • High Degree of commercial acumen
  • Valid Driver’s license

Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • High Degree of commercial acumen
  • Project management, Prioritization, Communication Skills
  • Comfortable working in atechnical/engineeringenvironment
  • International collaboration skills, influencing cross functional teams
  • Experience in effective communication across multiple countries/cultures

  • Travel expectations: May include up to 50%
