As a Software Subscription & Annuity Sales Specialist you will have direct responsibility to ensure renewals are closed on time, year-to-year growth on pricing is protected and opportunities for up-selling are identified, whilst minimizing Client attrition. You will achieve this through Client engagement, negotiation and converting existing business opportunities across a widely varied Client install base. You will be tasked to maintain IBM’s superior level of Customer focus while negotiating and closing opportunities.
