This role interacts with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, with the opportunity to present sales proposals and to conduct review of business requirements to ensure NetApp continues to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Supporting Renewals Specialist team with data analytics and insights to ensure effective tracking of key renewal deals, ensuring on-time bookings and avoiding customer risk.
• Collaborating with sales teams on complex customer requirements, using customer relationship management tools to record status updates and track true reflection of expected revenue.
• Understanding the sales and customer journey for support services, delivering on key priorities in a timely manner to meet planning objectives.
• Managing day to day activities and being accountable to Renewals Sales Leaders for important analysis tasks and sharing insights on findings.
• Current student enrolled at a Business School studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business studies or international management.
• We will also consider students from other degree disciplines as long as they have an interest in technology and sales.
• You must have the unrestricted right to work in Ireland for the entire duration of the internship
• Happy to come into the Cork office a minimum of twice a week as part of our hybrid work culture.
