Brazilian Portuguese Marketing Localization Manager. As part of the Localization team, you will be responsible for defining and conducting the Marketing Strategy for Brazil

As a Localization Manager, you will work closely with different teams within the Marketing, Sales & Partners departments, playing an instrumental role for the Brazilian market growth and driving strategy and initiatives.

  • Act as a Marketing focal point to support the planning and execution for Acquisition, Brand, Design, Content, PR, SEO, Social campaigns, Events, etc, along with specific teams
  • Own Brazilian Localization knowledge: language, business culture, general marketing trends, audiences, etc
  • Conduct marketing research, AB tests, user interviews
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor the channel performance, detect trends, and make data-driven decisions and improvements
  • Liaise with local vendors, agencies and the local Brazilian team
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, while keeping attention to detail
Your Experience & Skills
  • Native Brazilian Portuguese speaker
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience directly related to marketing localization, focusing on the Brazilian market, preferably in the tech industry
  • In-depth understanding of the market and target audience
  • Familiar with different marketing areas -Brand awareness, Meta, SEM, Linkedin, etc
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • B.A. in Linguistics, Marketing or similar field of study
  • Have a flexible mindset, be a self-managed individual who can multitask under dynamic timelines and goals to meet Marketing KPIs
  • Experience in researching and identifying market trends with the ability to properly adapt marketing and content strategies
  • Portuguese writing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone and voice of in different marketing types of content - assets, headlines, copies, to best appeal to different target audiences in different marketing channels
  • Experienced in using data and analytical thinking as part of the Marketing strategy
