About The Role

If you have a keen interest in learning about new technologies and have a strong drive to understand and support the business needs of an innovative company, read on!

  • Advise and support the company’s different departments such as sales, partners and procurement.
  • Review, draft, negotiate, and interpret a wide variety of commercial agreements including SaaS agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, data processing addendums, business associate addendums, platform integration, and partnership agreements, and ensure that all commercial agreements adequately protect the company’s interests, improve processes, and increase scalability.
  • Assist with wider legal needs of the London office supporting HR, Recruitment, Finance, Corporate and Property.
  • Manage agreements and business activities to comply with company policies and risk tolerance.
  • Manage multiple deals and support colleagues in Israel and internationally, with sound business and legal judgement and a clear sense of company priorities.
  • Provide general legal support to our global business on an as-needed basi
Your Experience & Skills
  • 2-4+ years of commercial legal experience in a law firm or in-house company.
  • Experience in employment, immigration, corporate and privacy law a bonus.
  • Experience in the technology sector preferable.
  • Experience in drafting, negotiating and managing professional services agreements, software as a service agreements, business agreements, and intellectual property agreements
  • Ability to manage several simultaneous projects under deadline pressure
  • Team player with exceptional written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiating skills, keen analytical abilities, a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, as well as a track record of success in handling complex business and legal issues in a fast-paced, agile and evolving technology-driven business environment
  • Collaborative, positive, business-friendly and service-minded.
  • Fluency in a second language (French or German) would be an advantage.
  • Self-reliant and able to prioritise workload.
  • Qualified solicitor or barrister admitted in England and Wales.
