Responsibilities:

• Manage various legal matters related to Rapyd’s business and facilitate efficient legal support across the business
• Advise on regulations specific to Rapyd’s business, including payment services and e-money legislation, privacy and other regulatory matters
• Draft wide range of contracts and legal documents
• Provide practical, risk-weighted legal guidance on a wide range of legal matters related to Rapyd’s business Legal and contractual risk management

• Master’s Degree in Law
• At least five years of relevant legal experience in law firms or financial sector
• Excellent experience in leading projects and solving complex legal issues
• Exemplary analytical skills and ability to explain complex matters in a simple way
• Superb drafting skills and experience in working with legal documents, including contracts
• Good understanding of legal and regulatory risks, corporate governance and regulatory requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English and Icelandic
